Job Description

Salary: $112,100 - 168,400 per year Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in business, engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in designing/selling building systems, energy modeling, construction, or facility management
  • Proficient technical competence across multiple functional areas
  • Strong analytical skills for cost savings and financial analysis
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing large, complex projects
  • Excellent communication skills for C-level presentations and customer relations
  • Current professional certifications and licenses, such as a Professional Engineering license
  • Commitment to adhering to safety policies and relevant engineering standards
  • Active participation in professional organizations
  • Ability to mentor and support team members effectively
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and guide the Development Team to meet project goals on complex projects
  • Provide technical, process, or financial support throughout the design process
  • Oversee initial data collection and modeling for project opportunities
  • Validate assumptions and build detailed budgets and scopes for projects over $2M
  • Collaborate with operations and external partners to create project estimates and scopes
  • Conduct detailed engineering or financial analysis to determine customer benefits
  • Perform risk analysis for holistic solutions
  • Represent the development team in operational reviews of intricate programs
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and ensure quality standards for assigned projects
  • Utilize the Solutions Playbook and other tools in task execution and mentoring
  • Develop and nurture relationships with suppliers, vendors, and technical managers
  • Stay updated with engineering standards and practices
  • Participate in post-contract design review support as necessary
  • Engage in relevant professional organizations and assume leadership roles
  • Promote adherence to safety policies and complete associated responsibilities
