Job Description
**Description:** Primary responsibilities are: Identifying and calculating payroll overpayments for active and termed employees\. In addition, this position may support in\-house weekly payroll processing, calculate FLSA overpayments, prepare tax balance adjustments and W2cs, research and provide solutions for account reconciliation items, set up deductions and arrears\. Respond to payroll inquiries from employee's, internal business units, and 3rd party vendors\. Maintain support for audits & Sox compliance\. Additional duties to include 2nd and 3rd overpayment notifications and special projects as assigned\.
Work schedule will begin as four 10\-hours days M\-T but alternative work schedule options may be available after initial training period\.

**Basic Qualifications:**
\* Demonstrated effective written and oral communication skills; ability to collaborate with colleagues and co\-workers \(e\.g\. internal and external business partners\)
\* Experience with account reconciliations
\* Motivated self\-starter with attention to details
\* Demonstrated analytical skills \(illustrated by related coursework, experience or on\-the\-job training\)
\* Demonstrated ability to resolve issues
**Desired Skills:**
\* SAP experience
\* Payroll Overpayment experience
\* Strong problem solving & critical thinking skills
\* Office tools, \(Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint\) Intermediate level Excel skills\)

**Ability to Work Remotely:** Part\-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility\. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process\.
**Work Schedules:** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits\.
**Schedule for this Position:** 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
