**Description:** Primary responsibilities are: Identifying and calculating payroll overpayments for active and termed employees\. In addition, this position may support in\-house weekly payroll processing, calculate FLSA overpayments, prepare tax balance adjustments and W2cs, research and provide solutions for account reconciliation items, set up deductions and arrears\. Respond to payroll inquiries from employee's, internal business units, and 3rd party vendors\. Maintain support for audits & Sox compliance\. Additional duties to include 2nd and 3rd overpayment notifications and special projects as assigned\. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process\. **Work Schedules:** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\.
