**Job Title: Order Picker | NO INTERVIEEW - START NEXT DAY!!** **Job Description | Pay: $21/ hour** The individual in this role will work in a clean and well-organized environment. They will assist with kitting, order picking, and material handling to ensure products are delivered to the fill areas and packaged correctly. Additionally, they will help with capping vials or tubes, applying labels manually or using a machine, and verifying product counts to match inventory records. **Responsibilities** + Assist with kitting and order picking in a clean working space. + Handle materials and products efficiently to fill areas. + Package final products with precision. + Cap vials or tubes accurately. + Apply labels manually or with a machine. + Count and verify product numbers against records and inventory levels. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in packaging and labeling. + Experience with inventory management and RF scanners. + Strong attention to detail. + Experience in medical and production assembly. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Over one year of manufacturing experience in a medical environment is preferred. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. + Ability to accurately document finished work. + Capability to work on your feet for the entirety of the shift in a fast-paced environment. **Why Work Here?** We offer competitive salaries along with extensive medical, vision, and dental plans for you and your family starting on day one. The facility resembles a college campus with spacious break rooms, areas for ping pong, and workout rooms. The schedule is Monday through Friday, from 7:00 - 3:30am or 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, with occasional overtime. The work is fast-paced, requiring you to be on your feet for the entire shift. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of Minneapolis, MN. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
