Lead Software Developer
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Software Developer to join us and develop a new technology team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, deep technical expertise, and a passion for solving complex problems. As the Lead Software Developer, you will drive the design and development of software solutions, hire and mentor team members, and play a key role in shaping our technical direction.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead and hire software developers, provide guidance, support, and mentorship.
· Develop, and implement high-quality software solutions based on business requirements.
· Collaborate with management and tech staff to define project scopes and deliverables.
· Ensure code quality through code reviews, testing, and best practices.
· Drive continuous improvement in development processes and technologies.
· Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.
· Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.
· Contribute to architectural decisions and long-term technical strategy.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
· 5+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
· Proven track record of designing and delivering scalable software systems.
· Strong understanding of software development and methodologies (C#, Net Core, SQL Server, Razor/HTML.)
· Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Experience with cloud platforms - Azure is a plus.
· Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to unforeseen glitches.
