We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Events Assistant to support the planning and execution of events. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on, field-based work and thrive in fast-paced environments. The Events Assistant will work closely with internal teams to ensure events run smoothly and meet company standards.
Responsibilities
Assist in the coordination and setup of events
Provide on-site support before, during, and after events
Help manage event materials, equipment, and logistics
Communicate effectively with team members and clients on-site
Ensure all event activities follow established plans and procedures
Support general event operations as needed
Strong organizational and time-management skills
