Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Four or more years of experience planning, executing, and analyzing UX research.
• Four or more years of experience working with cross-functional teams, such as: engineering, software development, marketing, and business leaders.
• Three or more years of experience of communicating research methodology, experience metrics, data analysis and research results to a broad range of stakeholders.
• Three or more years of experience with technology and product development processes.
• Four or more years of experience planning, executing, and analyzing UX research.
• Four or more years of experience working with cross-functional teams, such as: engineering, software development, marketing, and business leaders.
• Three or more years of experience of communicating research methodology, experience metrics, data analysis and research results to a broad range of stakeholders.
• Three or more years of experience with technology and product development processes.

Skills:

• Must have at least 1 to 3 years of experience in a Test Engineer or PV&V Engineer role
• Should have a background with “Off highway mobile equipment”
• Should have experience with planning and organization, and negotiating conflicting constraints
• Experience with reliability growth planning
• Experience with lab test controls and data acquisition
• Knowledge of PV&V processes and tools – highly
• written reports and meeting presentations

Education/Experience:

• Ideally, you will have a degree or equivalent work experience in the following: Bachelor's degree in a Human Factors, Psychology, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Science, or related field discipline or equivalent experience.
