Join Walmart Fleet Services as a Senior Manager, Automation Engineering and help lead the transition to a zero-emissions fleet. This is a unique opportunity to drive sustainable transportation innovation at scale, shaping the future of logistics for one of the world’s largest companies.
What you'll do...
- Lead the design and development of alternate fuel vehicle technologies
- Hands-On experience with a focus on Automotive/Trailer Knowledge
- Oversee automation engineering projects to improve fleet efficiency and sustainability
- Build and manage relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders
- Analyze data and create dashboards to drive decision-making
- Ensure compliance with fleet regulations and best practices
What You’ll Bring: - Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Controls, or Industrial Engineering
- 3 + years’ experience in engineering, supply chain, or automated manufacturing
- Proven expertise in sustainable transportation or alternate fuel vehicles
- Strong data analytics and dashboard creation skills (Power BI/Tableau)
- Demonstrated leadership in program/project management and operational improvement

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications...

Option 2: 6 years’ experience in Engineering, supply chain, or a related area.
