Nuclear Energy Opportunity Overview: The Training Analyst I is an onsite position based in Miami, Fl 33134 This is a 6-month contract assignment.(W-2) You will help design comprehensive training programs for SAP implementations for the back-office operations. You will report to the onsite Manager. Your Day-to-Day:

• Help design training materials for SAP items improving back office users
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure training content is accurate, comprehensive, and aligned with operational needs
• Collaborate in the development of multiple training modalities including eLearning modules, videos, simulations, job aids, and instructor-led training materials
• Facilitate instructor-led and virtual-led training sessions for back office end-users impacted by SAP implementations
• Support process documentation to capture workflows and system procedures
• Partner with SMEs and team members to gather requirements and validate training approaches
• Work with internal training team members to ensure consistency and quality across all training deliverables

Who You Are:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field
• Experience in training design in a technical or utility environment
• SAP experience is helpful for this position.
• Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Rise, and Canva)
• Experience with Training needs and evaluate training effectiveness

collaboration.

• Knowledge of change management principles
• Experience with multiple training modalities and adult learning principles

The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $46.00/hr. to $51.00/hr.
