NOW HIRING: Remote Nights & Weekend Dispatcher

Family-Owned & Operated Towing Company – West Bend, WI

Compensation: Commission-Based

Work Schedule:

Monday–Thursday: 5:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Weekend Shift: 5:00 PM Friday – 7:00 AM Monday

Hours can be negotiated if needed.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Remote Nights & Weekend Dispatcher to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, calm under pressure, and able to manage multiple tasks while working from home. If you love problem-solving and want flexibility in your schedule, this is a great fit.

• Strong communication skills (phone, text, email).
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving skills with minimal supervision.
• Strong computer skills and ability to quickly learn dispatch software.
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to remain calm and professional with customers and drivers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Route and dispatch drivers to jobs quickly and efficiently.
• Track driver locations, job status, and completion updates.
• Maintain clear, consistent communication with drivers throughout the shift.
• Answer calls professionally and schedule towing services.
• Provide ETA updates and follow-up support to customers.
• Handle basic customer concerns and communicate solutions.
• Ensure accurate documentation of calls, jobs, and driver activity.
