Job Description:

We are currently seeking experienced and dedicated Heavy Truck Test Drivers to join our team. As a Test Driver you will play a crucial role in ensuring the performance safety and reliability of our class 6 7 and 8 vehicles. You will be responsible for driving our trucks daily identifying potential issues related to noise vibration harshness (NVH) conducting pre-trip inspections and reporting software or mechanical problems. Your feedback will directly influence engineering decisions and contribute to the continuous improvement of our products.

• Conduct comprehensive drives on heavy trucks daily to evaluate features and overall functionality.
• Conduct thorough pre-trip inspections to identify any mechanical issues or defects.
• Follow predefined test plans and procedures to ensure accurate and consistent testing results.
• Monitor vehicle performance and safety systems during test sessions identifying any anomalies or issues.
• Monitor and assess NVH levels (noise vibration harshness) during various driving conditions.
• Identify and report software problems related to vehicle systems and controls.
• Communicate effectively to provide detailed feedback and recommendations for improvements.
• Record accurate records of observations and findings.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and adherence to safety protocols at all times.
• Full-time 1st Shift Monday to Friday: 7AM - 4AM

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or automotive certification preferred.
• Must have CDL A drivers license with clean driving record.
• Minimum of five (5) years experience.
• Cannot have more than (3) three jobs in the past (5) five years.
• Proven experience as a test driver or in a related automotive testing role.
• Excellent driving skills with a clean driving record.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to provide clear and concise feedback.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

Listed salary ranges may vary based on experience qualifications and local market. Also some positions may include bonuses or other incentives.
