**Location:** Physicians - Neurology - Toledo **Department:** Neurophysiology **Weekly Hours:** 40 **Status:** Full time **Shift:** Days (United States of America) **Job Summary:** As the Social Worker, you provide direct intervention to patients to facilitate their understanding and resolution of problems related to environmental stress, physical illness and interpersonal conflicts that may impede treatment and recovery. In this role, you coordinate with the interdisciplinary care team to provide holistic family-centered care for patients and families.
