Site Civil Engineer (Section Head) Charleston, SC

Were looking for a highly experienced Site Civil Engineer to lead and grow our civil site practice in Charleston, SC. This is a leadership role where youll drive strategy, manage multidisciplinary teams, and ensure the success of site development projects.

What youll do:

• Lead the site civil practice and manage project teams
• Oversee design, permitting, and project delivery
• Mentor and develop junior staff
• Build and maintain client relationships; pursue new business opportunities
• Manage department budgets and resource allocation
• Contribute to proposals and serve as technical expert

What were looking for:

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required
• 10+ years of experience in site civil engineering
• Strong project management and business development skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
