Schedule: 1st Shift - Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM 3:30 PM (9/80 schedule with every other Friday off; 36 hours one week, 44 hours the next)

Tekberry is looking for a highly qualified and motivated Service & Repair 1 to work on-site with our client, a worldwide designer, manufacturer, and integrator of precision control components company. This is an entry-level opportunity offering training and support to ensure successful product assembly and repair in a regulated production environment. As a W2 employee you will have access to health benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Read and follow work instructions (Device Instructions - DI).

• Verify work assignment matches training and qualifications.

• Collect required materials from bins and set up workstations.

• Perform service and repair work and inspect own work to ensure quality.

• Complete equipment maintenance and calibration as required.

• Accurately document work via data entry or handwritten forms.

• Learn new work instructions as assigned by a supervisor and complete required training in a timely manner.

• Assist teammates and support additional projects as needed.

• Maintain a clean and safe work area and follow safety protocols.

Hiring & Assessment: The manager will hold onsite interviews that include a practical/dexterity assessment (reading and understanding test).

• If the candidate does not pass, they will be rejected from the opening.

• If they pass, an offer will be extended.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• 1 3 months of relevant manufacturing, assembly, or repair experience.

• Ability to read, understand, and follow Device/Work instructions and verbal directions.

• Ability to record data on documentation and in computer software.

• Basic math skills: add/subtract two-digit numbers, multiply/divide by 10s and 100s; able to apply to U.S. money, weight, volume, and distance.

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. repeatedly.

• Strong close-range vision, depth perception, and color vision.

• Basic computer skills (Windows-based systems).

• Must be able to communicate effectively in English (read/write/speak).

• Must show proof of Hepatitis B shots or be willing to get them (company paid).

• Able to work in a compliance-oriented and regulated environment.
