What We’re Looking For:

• Required: Prior Service Advisor experience in an automotive dealership environment.
• 2+ years of experience in a high-volume service department preferred.
• Hyundai or OEM dealership experience is a plus.
• Reynolds & Reynolds experience preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple repair orders while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Performance-driven mindset with accountability and results focus.
• Valid driver’s license; must be 21 years or older.
