Sales & Event Planning Assistant (Full-Time, Hourly)

Creole Cuisine Restaurant Concepts is seeking a Sales & Event Planning Assistant to support our Sales & Events Team. This role is essential to keeping our sales operations organized, responsive, and running smoothly across multiple restaurant locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for sales and event inquiries
• Assist with proposals, contracts, and banquet event orders (BEOs)
• Maintain event records, client databases, and internal files
• Schedule client meetings, tastings, and site visits
• Track leads, deadlines, and follow-ups
• Coordinate with operations, culinary, and marketing teams
• Prepare basic sales and pipeline reports
• Support sales materials, office organization, and internal events

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of administrative or office support experience (hospitality/events preferred)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience with Tripleseat or similar software is a plus
• Strong organization, communication, and time-management skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to occasionally support evenings or weekends as needed
