RTI Coordinator Key Responsibilities Drive student achievement gains by ensuring districts effectively implement our AI-powered MTSS framework to produce measurable improvements in learning outcomes.
Basic Requirements - Minimum 3 years experience in MTSS/RTI program coordination or leadership capacities (e.g., MTSS Coordinator, RTI Lead, Special Education Program Administrator)
- Proven experience interpreting student performance data and delivering actionable insights.
- Based in the United States and able to travel up to 30% for on-site training
- Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

Working with us This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
