King O’Rourke Buick, GMC, Cadillac in Smithtown, family owned & operated for over 40 years is seeking to hire a Receptionist (Part Time) to round out our team. • Greets showroom customers and determines the nature of their visit.
• Answer all in-bound phone calls and transfer to appropriate department.
• Answers basic customer inquiries. Refers more extensive inquiries to the appropriate person.
• Directs customers to the correct department, notifies the appropriate salesperson that a customer is waiting, or introduces the customer to a salesperson.
• Serves as clerical back-up to other departments.
• Maintains professional appearance.
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Have a valid driver’s license with good driving record
• High level of initiative and ability to work in a team
• Top customer satisfaction skills required
• Ability to multi-task
• Willing to train. Experience a plus!
