As a Project Manager II, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various renewable energy projects from inception to completion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Responsibilities: Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for renewable energy projects Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project goals are met Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines Manage project resources effectively to maximize efficiency Prepare and present project status reports to senior management Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards Required Skills and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in renewable energy Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget Strong leadership and communication skills Excellent problem-solving abilities Knowledge of renewable energy technologies and industry trends
