Job Description

LR Associates, LLC is a Veteran owned federal government contractor providing facilities management and other services to various government customers. We support our customers with highly skilled personnel and provide customized solutions to accomplish the mission.

We are looking for a part-time Unarmed Security Guard for our government customer in Pittsburgh, PA. Candidates must have a minimum of two years' experience as a Security Guard. Detailed knowledge of security guard procedures detailed oriented and customer service skills a MUST. In addition, adhere to guard patrol schedule implemented.

Applicants must be US citizen and must be able to pass a background check performed by the Federal Government.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Maintains a constant safe environment
• Presents losses and damage by reporting irregularities and informs violators of policy and procedures.
• Secures premises and personnel by patrolling property, monitoring surveillance equipment, and access points.
• Investigates security breaches, incidents, and other alarming behavior.
• Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities.
• Maintains environment by monitoring and setting building and equipment controls.

Work Hours:

Sat-Sun 7am-5:30pm

7pm

• Physical Requirements: 
• Must be able to sit, stand, reach, bend and stoop for extended periods of time; Ascending/Descending stairs and required to move equipment weighing up to 20 pounds frequently; May be required to lift up to 30 lbs.
