Job Description We are seeking a Packaging Graphic Designer to join a team of 5. This team is a dynamic Creative Team managing projects for beauty and fashion brands. The team includes Art Directors, Designers, Production Artists, and Packaging Engineers. We're seeking a Packaging Graphic Designer with a strong creative background-ideally experienced in Beauty or Fashion industries-to join us as a long-term contractor. You'll design packaging graphics, build concepts, and create renderings for client presentations. This is not web design-focus is on 3D and product graphics. Responsibilities Design and develop packaging graphics for beauty and fashion products. Collaborate with clients to create look, feel, and graphics for packaging concepts. Build art direction concepts, review samples, and refine renderings based on feedback. Work closely with Account Managers to interpret client briefs and deliver creative solutions. Create PowerPoint presentations for client pitches. Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop) for design work. Participate in concept development, including pulling imagery, rendering, and graphics. Occasionally assist with production art and photography. Day-to-Day Workflow Receive client requests via Account Manager. Develop initial concepts and art directions based on client mood boards. Create renderings and refine designs after feedback. Example: For a travel kit project, design packaging layout, graphics, and visual appeal.
