Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Order Picker to join our Frankfort, IND plant. This is a 2nd shift position, Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM, with overtime as needed. Additional $1.00/hour shift premium. We offer competitive benefits and salary, plus up to $1.00/hr increase after 90 days. You will be responsible for ensuring our customers' satisfaction by shipping and/or receiving products timely and accurately. You will also work closely with all departments in the facility, including Production, Maintenance, and more. Our Forklift Operators are not sitting on a lift throughout the shift - There is frequent movement which includes lifting. About the Role

Responsibilities:

• Use forklift or walkie rider to pick, ship and/or receiving products timely
• Receive instructions and schedules from plant supervision.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, orderly work environment
• Retrieve or put away material using a sit-down industrial forklift.
• Ensure that all finished product meets quality standard.
• Ready and able to lift up to 50 pounds.

About You

We Require:

• Great work ethic and impeccable attendance.
• Able to read and understand work orders and complex instructions.
• Proficient operation of forklift and walkie rider (Driving test will be given at interview)
