We are seeking a motivated Model Integration Trainee to support automation and system integration initiatives using modern integration tools like Workato. This role is ideal for individuals starting their careers in integration engineering, automation workflows, and API connectivity. You will work closely with senior engineers to learn how enterprise integration platforms are implemented, configured, and optimized.
Key Responsibilities Integration Support & DevelopmentAssist in setting up and configuring automation workflows using Workato.
Support the development, testing, and deployment of basic Workato recipes and connectors.
Help analyze integration touchpoints based on existing C# code.
Learn to design and map data between systems using APIs and JSON formats.
Help identify issues in integration recipes and workflows.
Support performance optimization and error resolution under senior guidance.
Assist in maintaining data accuracy and workflow reliability.
Work with technical teams to understand integration requirements.
Participate in discussions around automation logic, triggers, and data flows.
Document workflows, integration steps, mapping sheets, and operational guidelines.
Maintain clear notes and version histories for recipes and configurations.
Basic exposure to APIs, integration concepts, or automation tools.
Willingness to learn Workato, data mapping, and workflow automation.
Programming knowledge in C#, Python, or JavaScript (academic or project-based is acceptable).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging aptitude.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with JSON, XML, or REST API patterns.
Exposure to cloud applications (Salesforce, Workday, ServiceNow, etc.).
Interest in integration platforms (Workato, Zapier, Boomi, MuleSoft, Make).
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (or final-year student).
