Job Summary Assigns and coordinates all non-emergency transport and call center requests. Job Duties + Schedules, coordinates and assigns all non-emergency transport requests. + Greets and refers all visitors and customers to appropriate areas. + Consults with shift supervisor regarding availability of staff, vehicles, etc. + Maintains communication with department personnel by telephone and two-way radio. + Responsible for the maintenance of the call log and check in of billing sheets. Work is typically performed in an office environment. Accountable for satisfying all job specific obligations and complying with all organization policies and procedures.
