Position Details: 

• Schedule: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM every other weekend
• Status: Full-Time or Part-Time

Roles:

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
• Registered Nurse (RN)

Key Responsibilities: 

• Conduct thorough assessments and update individualized care plans
• Deliver hands-on care following provider directives
• Administer medications and monitor patient response
• Accurately document patient conditions and changes
• Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive care setting
• Collaborate with the team and communicate with families effectively
• Serve as a patient advocate
• NO SET SCHEDULING

Preferred Experience: 

• Pediatric or young adult care
• Ventilator, trach, or G-tube management
• Wound care, IV therapy
• Strong emergency response and critical thinking
• Efficient time management and documentation skills

Qualifications: 

• Active Florida LPN or RN license
• Associate’s Degree in Nursing or higher
• Current BLS/CPR certification (AHA or Red Cross)
• Experience in acute care, rehab, hospice, or home health preferred
• Compassionate, reliable, and flexible
• Willing to participate in emergency response teams (Team A, B, or C)

Compensation & Benefits: 

• Pay: $25.00 – $44.00/hour (based on licensure and experience)
