We are looking for year-round  Lifeguards in Braintree, MA.

*MUST HAVE American Red Cross Lifeguard Certificate*

**We are expanding to Braintree early this fall and looking for fun and engaging people to join our team! In order to be considered for this position, you MUST  be able to onboard at our Norwood location beginning in July or August. Summer shifts are available at the Norwood location only.**

Aqua-Tots Swim School is hiring Lifeguards in Braintree, MA! We exist to help families learn to stay safe around the water and build confident swimmers for life. The Aqua-Tots Staff is a game-changer in the life of a child. They are responsible for facilitating the proven Aqua-Tots curriculum in each lesson, offering children quality swim instruction that will enable them to live a lifetime of safety in and around the water. Lifeguards need to like a fast pace and be friendly and currently certified (Red Cross).

Lifeguards and all staff:
Customer Service:

• Maintain a safe pool environment
• Ensure the safety of all swimmers
• Communicate effectively with all staff and members
• Handle customer complaints gracefully with a win/win outcome
• Report to manager if complaints are unresolved
• Lead by example for other staff members by using the customer-focused principle in every customer interaction

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour

License/Certification:

• Lifeguard Certification (Preferred) But we can train!

Work Location: In person, Braintree MA.
