Introba is looking for an intern to join our St. Louis office for the Summer of 2026. **Responsibilities & Qualifications** **What You Will Do** + Assist in setting up AutoCAD and Revit drawing files, including digitizing and cleaning up working drawings + Ensure compliance with the Introba design checklist + Perform hands-on engineering tasks, including calculations and simulations + Create and update technical drawings and 3D models + Support business-related tasks, such as preparing presentations and maintaining project files **What You Bring to the Team (Competencies)** + Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a proven ability to efficiently prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously + Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of producing clear documentation and interacting professionally with clients and colleagues + Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also able to effectively collaborate in a team environment + Strong commitment to integrity, consistently demonstrating ethical, fair, and responsible behavior + Commitment to innovation and continuous learning, with a passion for acquiring new skills and driving improvements **Your Education and Experience** + Pursuing a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering + An understanding of mechanical building systems, combined with a passion for sustainable design + Familiar with AutoCAD and Revit + General understanding of engineering/construction documentation is preferred **Additional Information** At Introba, we strive to create a supportive and enriching learning environment that empowers you to make an impact.
