Trinity Place is a family-owned and operated 120 bed Assisted Living Facility where our residents are loved and cared for like family. Trinity Place is situated in a neighborhood community in New Port Richey, Florida. We provide a homelike environment with the same neighborhood feeling that many of our residents have experienced for most of their lives.

PAY RATE : $15.00- $15.50 PER HOUR

Days/Time of Work : SUNDAY, MONDAY, TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY, THURSDAY from 8AM-4PM

We are looking for a thorough housekeeper with excellent cleanliness standards to attend all areas of our facilities. The goal is to enhance our residents' experience by keeping our community in clean and orderly condition.

Responsibilities

• Clean and tidy all areas to the standard cleanliness within time limits, including infection control precautions and sanitizing common surfaces, including common areas restrooms and dining room.
• Deliver excellent customer service to our residents and their families
• Complete daily job lists and record apartment cleanliness of assigned apartments
• Complete Resident Laundry as assigned.
• Maintain equipment in good condition
• Report on any shortages, damages or security issues
• Inform supervisor of guests' complaints/requests
• Check stocking levels of all consumables
• Comply with health and safety regulation and act in line with company policies and licensing laws

Skills

• Proven working experience in relevant field
• Ability to work independently and remain motivated
• Helpful with customer service orientation
• Prioritization and time management skills
• Professionalism along with speed and attention to detail
• Knowledge of English language
• High school degree preferable

Job Type : Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $15.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
