Trove Brands is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Design Intern to join the Trove Brands marketing team. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting the development of our brands including: visual assets across digital, social, and print channels.
Working closely with the design and brand marketing teams, the Design Intern will assist in creating engaging visuals, refining existing creative assets, and maintaining brand consistency across platforms—all while developing a strong foundation in design processes, creative strategy, and cross-functional collaboration.
This is a full-time, onsite internship position.
Key Responsibilities
· Support the design team in producing creative assets for social media, email, web, and digital advertising.
· Assist in developing visual concepts that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
· Edit and resize existing assets for multiple formats and placements (social posts, ads, web banners, etc.).
· Collaborate with marketing, photography, and copy teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
· Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh, innovative design ideas.
· Organize and maintain design files, templates, and asset libraries for efficiency and accessibility.
· Assist with photo retouching, mockups, and layout adjustments as needed.
· Learn design workflows and best practices while building technical proficiency with design software.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Art, Marketing, or a related field.
· 0–2 years of design experience (internship, freelance, or coursework acceptable).
· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); experience with Figma or similar tools is a plus.
· Strong understanding of typography, color, and layout principles.
· Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
· Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
· A portfolio demonstrating creative thinking and design capability is required.
· Self-starter with a proactive mindset and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
