Position: General Dentist

Columbia Healthcare is seeking a skilled and compassionate General Dentist on behalf of a healthcare facility located in a community-focused setting. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to provide quality dental care to patients of all ages.

Position Details:

• Title: General Dentist
• Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (No Saturdays)
• Team: Work alongside 1 Dentist, 2 Dental Assistants, and 1 Hygienist
• Facilities: 2 operatories available
• Patient Load: 12-14 patients/day, approximately 200 patients/month
• Scope of Care: General dentistry for patients of all ages

Compensation & Benefits:

• Annual Salary: $160,000 - $220,000 (commensurate with experience)

• Loan Repayment: Eligible for loan forgiveness options due to FQHC status
• Retirement Plan: 401(k) or equivalent

• Continuing Education (CME): 5 days of CME leave with a $3,000 allowance
• Sign-On or Relocation Bonus: $20,000
• Vacation/Holidays: 160 hours annually
