Job Description

Sigma Continental/Crew Cargo is searching for experienced CDL drivers to join our team. Our team maintains safety as a priority, has a service-oriented attitude, is reliable and organized, and possesses effective time management skills while complying with safety rules and policies. We are a Contracted Service Provider for FedEx Ground out of the new Fairless Hills Hub. We are currently looking for full-time CDL-A drivers to join our team. Our mission is to provide timely, courteous, and professional experiences to our team and customers alike.

Full-Time Available
PM Positions - Home Daily
No Touch Freight!!!! - Drop & hook
Regional Routes - Terminal to Terminal
Drive double trailers/53 ft., depending on the loads

Compensation: $1 Per Mile

$1,100 weekly minimum
Drivers routinely can earn $1300 to $1500 weekly most weeks if they work with the terminal to keep dispatches going
Dispatch times range from 6 PM to 9 PM
5 days a week (could include 1 weekend day, depends on run)

Qualifications

A Minimum Age of 21
Valid Class-A CDL
12 Months Verifiable Tractor-Trailer Experience Within Last 3 Years, or;
5 Years Within Last 10 Years.
Doubles Endorsement (Doubles Experience Not Required – Must Have Endorsement Prior to Start Date)
Clean MVR
Ability to Pass Drug Screen
Valid DOT Medical Card
No Cellphone or Texting Tickets

401k after 30 days (fully match the first 3% the driver contributes, then 0.5% after that to a maximum match of 4%)
1 Week of PTO earned after 6 months, a 2nd week earned after 1 year
