DESCRIPTION

The CFO of MGM & Amazon Studios is seeking for a bright, multi-tasking, and self-motivated Senior Executive Assistant based out of our Culver City, CA offices.

You have a demonstrated track record of taking initiative and delivering exceptional results with minimal supervision. You're known for your reliability, trustworthiness, and ability to work independently while consistently exceeding expectations. The team requires someone who looks around corners to plan ahead on behalf of the organization and who serves as a firm and steady anchor to ensure that the team remains customer focused while balancing the many different priorities that come into play on a daily basis.

This role requires excellent attention to detail, the ability to meet or exceed tight deadlines, strong organizational skills, and the ability to calmly juggle multiple critical requests. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information, and professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside and outside the company is critical, as is a good sense of humor.

You will possess the ability to complete complex tasks and projects quickly with little to no guidance, have a strong sense of emotional intelligence, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and take effective action without having to know the total picture.

Understanding basic company organization, working relationships, and business partner roles and responsibilities is important as this position will work closely with other Executive Assistants across Amazon. You will be able to work successfully in a team environment, build effective working relationships inside and outside of the group, while keeping abreast of general business objectives, policies, standards, procedures and related information in order to maintain a comprehensive awareness of the organization.

MGM & Amazon Studios Finance team is at the forefront of many of Amazon's most exciting and dynamic businesses and acquisitions, with a driving focus towards the same mission—to be Earth's most customer-centric company.

This role requires five (5) days a week in office.

Key job responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Management of complex scheduling
• Organize, prioritize and appropriately handle time-sensitive, confidential information and ensure action required is addressed in a timely manner
• Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on pending items
• Work closely with the leadership team, recruiting, and other Executive Assistants to provide support to the organization
• Contribute to longer term Finance team projects & programs
• Document writing, editing, and readiness
• Manage domestic and international travel as needed
• Be comfortable with ambiguity and able to make decisions without guidance when appropriate
• Have fun at work and help others do the same!
