We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Events Assistant to support the planning, coordination, and execution of a variety of events. This role is ideal for individuals who are organized, proactive, and eager to contribute to seamless event operations while gaining hands-on experience in the events industry.
Responsibilities
Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate and promotional events
Support event logistics, including scheduling, vendor coordination, and on-site setup
Communicate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations
Track event timelines, materials, and inventory
Provide on-site assistance during events to ensure a professional and positive experience
Assist with post-event evaluations and reporting
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Professional demeanor with a strong attention to detail
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when needed
