Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Events and Sales Assistant to join our team. In this dual-role position, you will play a crucial part in the planning and execution of events while also supporting our sales team in achieving their targets. The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual who possesses excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and coordination of various events from concept to execution.
• Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, equipment rentals, and transportation.
• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate contracts and ensure quality service.
• Support the sales team by managing client communications and follow-ups on leads.
• Track sales targets and metrics, providing regular updates to the sales manager.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in event planning or sales support is preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and event management software.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needd for events.
