Event Planner – Remote
About the Role
We are seeking a creative and detail-driven Event Planner to design and manage unforgettable experiences for our clients. This remote opportunity covers everything from destination weddings and corporate retreats to milestone celebrations. If you enjoy bringing visions to life, building client relationships, and coordinating logistics with ease, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
Consult with clients to understand event goals, style, and budget
Plan and oversee event logistics including venues, vendors, and schedules
Prepare proposals, budgets, and timelines
Manage contracts, expenses, and vendor communications
Provide consistent updates and client support throughout the planning process
Ensure smooth event execution and problem-solve on the spot
Qualifications
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and client service abilities
Comfortable with digital tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar)
Ability to manage multiple projects independently
