EV Automotive Service Writer - MeinekEV Car Care Center

Responsibilities:

Interact with customers to understand their Electric Vehicle service needs
Provide accurate and detailed service estimates
Coordinate service appointments and manage the service schedule
Communicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of service
Address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner

Requirements:

Prior experience in the automotive industry or customer service role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
High school degree or equivalent
Weekend availability and ability to work 10-hour shifts
