We are seeking a motivated and analytical Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with hands-on experience in paid advertising and a strong understanding of digital marketing performance metrics. Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other digital platforms
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using key marketing metrics and KPIs
• Understand and apply the marketing funnel, from awareness to conversion
• Attribute marketing performance to leads and sales, providing actionable insights
• Conduct data analysis to improve ROI and campaign effectiveness
• Create and adapt visual assets using Canva when needed
• Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Knowledge of additional digital marketing platforms is a strong plus
• Solid understanding of digital marketing metrics, analytics, and reporting
• Ability to analyze data and accurately attribute results to leads and sales
• Comfortable working with numbers, dashboards, and performance reports
• Experience using Canva is appreciated
• Clean driving record & valid CA drivers license
