Contractor Connect FL is a fast-growing contractor services company that supports homeowners and real estate agents with roofing, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical projects — often using our paid-at-closing option for real estate transactions. We are looking for a highly organized, reliable, and proactive Office Administrator / Job Coordinator to manage customer communication, job scheduling, CRM tracking (Roofr), and day-to-day office operations. This role is critical to keeping jobs moving, customers happy, and the company running smoothly. Qualifications:

• Strong administrative experience
• High-level organizational & follow-up skills
• Comfortable with customer communication
• Tech-savvy
• Ability to produce accurate data & reports
• Reliable, punctual, and consistent
• Experience in contracting, roofing, HVAC, plumbing, or electrical is preferred but not required
• Experience using a CRM like Roofr, JobNimbus, ServiceTitan, or AccuLynx
• Understanding of invoicing & basic bookkeeping
• Social media or basic marketing knowledge
