**Job Title: Concrete Finisher** **Job Description** The Concrete Finisher will be responsible for preparing, finishing, and curing concrete surfaces to meet project specifications and quality standards. The role involves working closely with other construction professionals to ensure the successful completion of projects. **Responsibilities** + Prepare concrete surfaces according to project specifications. + Finish and cure concrete surfaces to meet quality standards. + Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure project success. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in concrete finishing techniques. + Experience with construction, grinding, and polishing. + Knowledge of using both hand tools and power tools. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints. + Possession of a valid driver's license. + Completion of OSHA 10 certification. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in commercial construction. + Familiarity with formwork and sanding processes. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy year-round work with opportunities for professional growth and development in a supportive and collaborative environment. **Work Environment** Concrete finishers often work outdoors on construction sites, exposed to weather conditions like heat, cold, rain, or wind. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Shawnee, KS. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
