In this role, you'll assist travelers through every stage of their planning process from researching destinations to ensuring a smooth experience throughout their trip. Your goal is to create exceptional service experiences that leave clients confident and excited about their journeys.
Responsibilities:
Respond to client inquiries and match them with the best travel options.
Assist with travel planning, reservations, and itinerary coordination.
Provide timely updates and proactive support before and during travel.
Build lasting relationships through professionalism and consistent follow-up.
