Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and nurturing Parent-Child Gymnastics Instructor to join our this role you will lead engaging classes designed for toddlers supervised by their parents focusing on movement coordination and social skills in a fun and safe environment. You will also oversee gymnastics programs for older children who participate independently promoting fitness confidence and teamwork. ( Must be available Mondays from 11:00 - 7:30 and have weekend availability.)

Job Summary:
At My Gym your role goes beyond teaching Parent and Me programs. It includes leading independent classes for children allowing you to build meaningful relationships and invest in the youth of our community. This rewarding position offers opportunities for personal and professional growth with daily inspiration and genuine appreciation from both children and families. As you develop your skills as a lead teacher youll also gain valuable experience in our back-end systems administration sales and training. The skills you acquire at My Gym will serve you well throughout your life. We thrive in a fast-paced team-oriented environment making it an ideal setting for individuals with backgrounds in sports kinesiology physical fitness early childhood education gymnastics dance or martial arts.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and assist age-appropriate gymnastics classes birthday parties camps and Parents night out! Ensuring a positive experience for all participants
• Foster a fun and welcoming atmosphere that encourages engagement and participation
• Prioritize the safety of children while they learn and enjoy their activities
• Offer guidance and support to help children reach their developmental milestones

Compensation: $18.50 - $20.00 per hour
