**Job Title: Auto Body Shop Manager**

**Location:** Bertera Chevrolet

**Salary Range:** $60,000 to $75,000 Annually

**Job Description:**

Bertera Chevrolet is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Auto Body Shop Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional automotive body repair services. As an Auto Body Shop Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure the highest quality in repair work, and promote a positive team environment. Your leadership will contribute to sustaining the reputation of Bertera Chevrolet for excellence in customer service and professional integrity.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Manage daily operations of the auto body shop, including workflow, staffing, and scheduling.
- Supervise and motivate a team of skilled technicians, providing guidance and support to maintain high morale and productivity.
- Ensure quality control standards are consistently met, from vehicle assessment to final delivery.
- Develop and implement business strategies to maximize operational efficiency and profitability.
- Monitor inventory and order supplies and materials as needed.
- Resolve customer issues and inquiries promptly and professionally, maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Collaborate with the dealership's departments to ensure seamless service and customer's satisfaction.
- Prepare operational reports and analyze metrics for performance improvement.
- Maintain compliance with all industry regulations and safety standards.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience in an auto body repair environment, with a strong understanding of automotive repair processes.
- Previous management experience in an automotive or related field is preferred.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering positive relationships with team members and customers alike.
- Problem-solving aptitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Proficiency in using automotive shop management software and tools.
- Valid driver's license required.
