What You’ll Be Doing

• Build trust and rapport with customers from first greeting to post-sale follow-up
• Guide buyers through a needs-based, consultative process
• Stay informed about new inventory, product features, and promotions
• Help merchandise the lot and ensure vehicles are show-ready
• Collaborate with teammates and managers to meet team sales goals
• Deliver a top-tier buying AND ownership experience

• Open to learning the automotive industry (no car sales experience required!)
