Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis is seeking an energetic individual for the full-time Receptionist/Café Concierge position. As the Receptionist, you will have the opportunity to impact our overall customer experience each day as our dealership's first impressions representative. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and goal-oriented. If you are professional, have integrity, love people, and like to get things done, apply today! Responsibilities

• Answer dealership group phones
• Greet and receive prospects and customers
• Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
• Maintain Cafe Duties
• Maintaine and cleaned the store, inventory, and stock
• Adhere to food safety procedures
• Handle cash and record customers’ order information accurately
• Other duties assigned

Requirements

• High School Diploma or higher
• A professional appearance
• A clean driving record & valid driver’s license
• Must be authorized to work in the USA
• Must be able to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks (MVR, drug test)
